Introtuction For Hybrid Type PP Fiber:

PP Hybrid Fiber combines two complementary fiber forms to achieve balanced concrete reinforcement:

Fibrillated pp mesh fibers effectively mitigate early-age shrinkage and thermal cracking. PP twist fiber made from 100% virgin blended copolymer, enhance post-crack flexibility, impact resistance, and overall flexural strength.

This hybrid design ensures excellent dispersion, strong mechanical anchorage, and consistent performance. As a cost-effective and durable substitute for steel fibers, welded wire mesh, and traditional rebar, it delivers synergistic reinforcement across a wide range of secondary structural applications—without the risk of corrosion.

Applying Instruction For Hybrid Type PP Fiber:

1. Ration design of the fibre concrete: Generally the recommended amount to add to the concrete is more than 2.7kg per sqm(0.3% by volume), reinforcement adding amount is 5.5kg, Compared with adding 47kg of steel fibre, 5.4kg polymer fibre has the same volume ratio to the concrete.

2. Length: 48mm to 54mm for common crack-resistant requirement.

3. Mixer Adoption: Double-axle horizontal compelling mixer is priority.

4. Mixing process: Crushed stones, fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession. After stirring for two minutes, fiber will fully spread and then add cement and water and stir normally. The addition of materials also can be put into as common concrete, but the stirring time should be properly prolonged to make fiber to be completely mixed .

5. Shaping & Maintenance: There is no special requirement, may along the vibrating time for 30s, The maintenance of the fibre concrete should be done same as the normal concrete.

1. The regular packing is 1kg per PE bag, 10kg per plastic woven bag, 16tons in a 40HQ.
